Research Interests:
Dr. Masunov became a professor at UCF in 2005. Since then he has been honored with the HP Outstanding Junior Faculty Award. He has been funded by the National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, NASA, and U.S. Army. Most recently he and his group has been doing research on the theory and modeling of energy conversion processes and design of functional materials used for that purpose.
